first attempt & won’t be the last. next time: bump up the filling : lady finger ratio, soak cookies in espresso syrup rather than spooning over.

fairly easy, just need to follow double boiler and assembly steps for 🎃 pie filling & 🎃 espresso syrup. ginger snap and shaved chocolate layers adds nice texture (generally tiramisu feels too pillowy for me). 48 lady fingers is sufficient for 2 strong layers. obv must be consumed whilst watching hocus pocus.
