Calisthenics push day + leg day voiceover. Gotta find a way to get it all done so my solution was hitting legs and calisthenics in the same day. Not really ideal for most people but I am prioritizing calisthenics at the moment. I decreased my leg exercises to basically 3 or 4 main movements. Squats, hip thrusts, split squats. (I would do a deadlift of some kind normally but I was too tired on this day.) Also, really love this mobility exercise that I’m gonna do regularly now. @prosupps c0de SHEVIE 😘💘 Let me know if you guys like this video style. Longer, less edited, raw voiceover stuff. #calisthenics #lifting #gym #fittok #fyp functional leg day strength training calisthenics handstands pushups calisthenics beginner gym vlog GRWM

21 years ago on this day, Daniel Craig was announced as the next 007. The backlash was immediate. Coming off Pierce Brosnan’s polished, classic-era run, Craig felt like a shock to the system - blond, rougher around the edges, and far less traditionally “suave” than what many fans expected from the next James Bond. The reactions were loud enough to become headlines, with critics dismissing him before he had even filmed a single scene and online campaigns popping up to protest the casting, convinced he didn’t look or feel like Bond. But once ‘Casino Royale’ was released in 2006, the conversation flipped almost overnight. Craig brought a colder, more physical vulnerability to 007, grounding the character in bruises, grief, and real emotional stakes. What was once seen as a risky departure from the usual archetype quickly became a reinvention, and the same casting that sparked outrage ended up defining one of the most acclaimed Bond eras in the history of the franchise. 5 films. 15 years. What a run it was.
Thai actor and Prada ambassador Win Metawin (@winmetawin) headed to Naples, Italy, for the Louis Vuitton 38th America’s Cup Preliminary Regatta, where he got an up-close look at Luna Rossa, the Italian sailing team backed by Prada (@prada). Dressed in the fashion house’s technical gear, he was spotted enjoying time on the water alongside the impressive racing yachts, with the stunning coastline providing a beautiful backdrop. Beyond the excitement of the competition, the experience offered a glimpse into the brand’s longstanding connection with the sport, bringing together innovation, performance and style. #WinMetawin #Prada #LunaRossa #AmericasCup
