🎃 Low waste Halloween 🎃
I had so much fun decorating pumpkins this year with my family, but did you know that every year over a quarter of all Halloween pumpkins in the UK end up being thrown away… so much food waste!
Just because they say carving pumpkin doesn’t mean they’re not good to eat. I roasted these first before turning them into soup and purée for my PSL and it retained lots of flavour ☕️ 🍂

Roasted seeds recipe
- pat dry seeds
- spray with oil
- mix with 1tsp paprika, 1tsp garlic
- add a pinch of pepper and salt
- roast for 15 mins at 160 degrees
