New footage appears to show a Russian soldier using a Dragunov sniper rifle to engage Ukrainian FPV drones near his position. In the clip, he reportedly brings down one drone with a close-range shot before firing twice at another flying farther away. The footage follows earlier claims of the same soldier shooting down a drone with a single bullet at long range.

One unusual detail is the foam wrapped around the rifle’s barrel, although its purpose remains unclear. The video does not independently establish the exact distances involved or verify every detail of the reported engagements.

The footage highlights the challenge that small FPV drones pose to troops on the battlefield. While a rifle can offer an improvised response in certain circumstances, hitting a fast-moving drone with a single bullet is extremely difficult and cannot replace dedicated counter-drone systems.

This was an INCREDIBLE experience 🙌🏾 my heart is so full and I'm so proud of how far we've come, the effortlessness of just simply coming together and dancing without any official name makes it even more precious to me. Definitely a stamp for KONPA in LONDON!

Thank you guys for once again believing and trusting in me, to be your guide, teacher, mentor, choreographer🙏🏾 I'm so happy WE could experience this and share the spotlight.
