This week’s split is all standing, so no getting up and down off the floor 🤍 After my second c-section, floor work was the part I dreaded most. Everything I found had me on my back, straining my neck, and I never had the energy to deal with that. So this week we keep it all on our feet, with nothing longer than 20 minutes. It’s a week for the core strength that carries into everything else, like picking up your kids or just feeling steadier in your own body. Some days you’ll want the dumbbells, some days you’ll want the slow stretch, and all of it counts. If you’re already a homie, you’ve got this week covered. If you’re not, comment TRIAL and I’ll send you the link to start your 7-day free trial inside GWJ Home 🤍

The more we understand human behavior, the harder it becomes for people to manipulate us. And I think that’s a really good thing. There’s something incredibly freeing about finally having the language to describe experiences that never quite made sense at the time. My hope is that the more openly we talk about these things, the fewer people will feel alone or question their own reality. A few behaviors worth learning about: 1. Flying monkeys 2. Smear campaigns 3. DARVO (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender) Awareness is powerful. And sometimes just knowing there’s a name for what you’ve experienced can change everything. 🤍
Not pictured: Toddler meltdown minutes later. We had to go home. Instagram is a lie.
