The 2024 ADAM kicked off on 23rd August at the Taipei Performing Arts Center, bringing together artists and curators from 14 countries. In collaboration with the National Culture and Arts Foundation, this year we launched the initiative ”Curatoké: Performance Curators Academy“ to nurture the next generation of curators with the guidance of international mentors.

The ”Artist Lab“ also ventures beyond Taiwan for the first time, partnering with BIPAM for a two-phase residency in Bangkok and Taipei. The “Kitchen” collaborates with arts organizations from Australia, Portugal, Japan, and Hong Kong to present five work-in-progress previews.

This year’s ADAM also echoes the 2024 Taipei Arts Festival, featuring several selected programs and research projects ’Cruising‘.
