С 15 октября для оформления промежуточного займа больше не потребуется минимальный оценочный показатель (ОП) 5, для достижения которого ранее нужно было хранить деньги на депозите не менее 6 месяцев.

Условия: депозит в Отбасы банке, накопления в размере 50% от суммы займа и письмо застройщика о бронировании квартиры. Ставка — 8,5% годовых (ГЭСВ 9–9,6%) с последующим снижением до 3,5–5%.

Механизм запускают совместно с застройщиками. BI Group предоставит 600 квартир в четырех городах Казахстана, соглашения с SAT NS и QazaqStroy оформляются, сообщили в банке.

Также Отбасы банк продлил до 30 декабря срок одобрения займов по программе "Наурыз". Жилье уже приобрели более 10 тысяч семей, еще около 2 тысяч продолжают поиск.
