Bye bye blonde. Genuinely going through a bit of a personality crisis lmao #y2k #haircolour #hairchange #ginger #xblonde

There is a saying “it ain’t over till it is over.” In my case, it is definitely over. I am ready to see my maker.

Here are the stats:

Years since my first flight lesson: 50
Years since my first solo: 49
Years since I have my CFI: 47
Years flying for United: 38
Total Flight Hours: 30,000+

I have been showered by love on my last flight (from colleagues ) that it justifies 20 or more posts since IG only allows 20 photos per post. The photos are meant mainly for family and friends. I don’t mean to bore you.

Luck ig 😝

Friday hosting, the @beytijuice way 💙

Being happy is a choice. Cultivating the life you want is a choice.

Being resilient is the process.

Erik and I were basically married the moment we met. That’s a story for another time. We traveled and built a community and we finally got our dream home and family.

We also lost 2 babies in the process. I delivered a son before Zane who came too early and couldn’t live after I delivered him. The baby girl’s heart had a defect and she left us too early as well. Those were devastating moments that changed me but still didn’t fully prepare me for losing Erik.

I am not the only with challenging circumstances, but I am one of the few who can authentically say that I experienced joy, laughter, radiance and happiness during those dark moments. I felt it all without microdosing, SSRIs, sitting in ceremony or cold plunging my way through it. And yes, that is the flex you think it is.

I am living a life I am proud of now. My son is happy. Most days I feel like I’m thriving.

Everyone deserves their version of this contentment.

I created the KINDbrain Experience & Life Igniting Protocol to give the gift of resilience. To give people a landing space to learn how to live gracefully even when it’s hard. When you understand that you can do hard things and enjoy life along the way, everything changes.

Money always comes. Community always shows up. Miracles are always present. And the filter you look through will either show you the miracles or lie to you about what’s blocking them.

I can give you the experience of the clear lens that sees the miracles.

The Relaxed Room is part of The KINDbrain Experience.

Enjoy your life. Break up with the overwhelm. Stop lying to yourself that you don’t deserve more.

You will feel lighter after the first call. I promise.

We’re usually behind the scenes, but occasionally we jump on the other side of the camera for a bit of fun. 👯‍♀️🖤📷 @tomboyau
