The version of you at 60 is being built by what you practise today. Getting down to the floor and back up is a big part of that, and this flow trains it. Here’s the flow: 1️⃣ Deep squat, arms overhead. Heels down, chest up, reach tall through your fingertips. Your ankles, hips and upper back all have to work together to hold this. 2️⃣ Forearms reach down toward the floor. Stay low in the squat and reach forward slowly, keeping your weight spread across your whole foot. 3️⃣ One knee to the floor, then the other. Lower each knee with control rather than dropping into it. This is the transition that keeps getting up and down off the floor easy. Move slowly and stay in each position for a few breaths. If the deep squat isn’t comfortable yet, hold onto a door frame or couch for support and build from there. #deepsquat #squatmobility #jointhealth #mobility #longevity
A plane carrying nine people crashed near a residential area and killed all the passengers on board before erupting in a fireball in Palm Beach County, Florida, on Sunday afternoon, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said on X. The crash is the second deadliest in the United States this year, according to NTSB records, following June's skydiving plane crash in Butler, Missouri, which killed 12. The plane was a Learjet 60 flying to the Bahamas from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. It is registered to an LLC in Delaware, according to FAA records, and is listed as available for charter online. The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the crash, the FAA said. Tap our link in bio for more. 📸: Saul Martinez/Getty Images
😂 The X Factor is a British reality television singing competition created by Simon Cowell that first aired on ITV in 2004. Contestants of various ages and backgrounds audition to join one of four categories—Boys, Girls, Over 25s, or Groups—and are mentored by a panel of judges who coach them through weeks of live performances. Viewers vote for their favorites, and the competition narrows until a winner is crowned and awarded a recording contract, with the format emphasizing both raw talent and the dramatic process of mentoring, elimination, and public judgment. The show became a major television phenomenon in the UK and spawned international versions around the world, launching the careers of artists such as Leona Lewis, One Direction, Little Mix, and Olly Murs. Known for its high-stakes live shows, emotional backstories, and Cowell’s blunt critiques, it dominated Saturday-night ratings for years and influenced the broader landscape of televised talent competitions, even as later seasons faced declining viewership and criticism over its production style and treatment of contestants.
