There is a saying “it ain’t over till it is over.” In my case, it is definitely over. I am ready to see my maker.

Here are the stats:

Years since my first flight lesson: 50
Years since my first solo: 49
Years since I have my CFI: 47
Years flying for United: 38
Total Flight Hours: 30,000+

I have been showered by love on my last flight (from colleagues ) that it justifies 20 or more posts since IG only allows 20 photos per post. The photos are meant mainly for family and friends. I don’t mean to bore you.

Not pictured: us searching up property in Montana and having to talk each other out of moving here tomorrow.

Vast, the word or the weekend. There is something so special about Montana. Even with the snow (which most know I don’t really appreciate 😝) this place along with this man, did wonders for my soul.

Before you roll your eyes at a curated Instagram highlight reel, trust me when I say this short trip away as husband and wife wasn’t all easy. We haven’t done something like this in a while. Kids and life are always an excuse.
It was important for us to have some hard conversations out here in the middle of nowhere about, our family, our marriage, and our future. There were tears and struggles, but that is part of how you make it work 23 years in.

We keep choosing each other, and putting God at the center. And no matter what happens I will always say yes to Montana with you babe.

It’s one hell or a view.

And you in waders…. Wow 😍

We shot a podcast live from @themeadowsonrockcreek make sure you sign up for my newsletter to get the link when it drops. We talk all about our marriage, and the struggles we’ve faced. Reply “view” for a link in your DMs
