Hi! I noticed some new faces and realized I haven’t really introduced myself! 👋🏾 I’m JaNisha, the face behind @andsotogether!

A little over a year ago I purchased an old house in the suburbs of Baltimore City with the dreams of making it home, and so together, my family and I are building a home and life to love. 🖤 I have always leaned into creativity and DIYing pretty much anything, then I decided why not a whole house? 🤣 My journey is definitely filled with lessons and a lot of problem solving, but I’m enjoying it and I’m so glad you’re here with me!

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned in DIY/your DIY advice?

The advice I always give is “you gotta be a little bit crazy enough to try it!” 😂 (but not too crazy!)

Make sure you can do all parts of the DIY and not just the majority of the parts 🥴😂
