📌Save For:Dietitian’s Three Fall Harvest Bowls With California Grapes (ad)

Recipes: like post & comment ‘Recipe’

🥙Fall bowls are one of my favourite ways to turn seasonal produce into a meal that’s actually satisfying. And the ingredient I’m adding to all three? California grapes! @grapesfromca

🍇California grapes bring that juicy pop of sweetness that works so well with savoury fall flavours — while also providing hydration and beneficial plant compounds, including polyphenols.

Here are 3 harvest bowls to put on repeat this fall:

🍇California Grape and Sweet Potato Bowl
Sweet potato, edamame, crispy chickpeas, grains, pepitas + California grapes with a creamy grape-inspired dressing.

🍇Warm Balsamic California Grape and Lentil Bowl
Warm roasted California grapes, lentils, hearty grains, roasted squash + kale for the ultimate sweet-and-savoury combination.

🍇California Grape & Brussels Sprout Bowl
Brussels sprouts/greens, crispy chickpeas, red onion, pepitas + plenty of fresh California grapes.

Don’t overlook fruit in savoury meals! Grapes add natural sweetness and texture that can make plant-forward bowls much more exciting — especially when paired with hearty grains, legumes, veggies and seeds.

📌Save this for your next fall meal prep Which bowl would you try first: 1, 2 or 3?

Last Monday (10/5/26), I discovered I was cancer free after 14 months of fighting.

It’s hard to summarize such a turbulent journey in just a few sentences, but if I had to pick one word to describe it all, it would be hopeful. Every stone thrown my way affected not only me but also my family and those around me. Holding on to hope showed me just how powerful that word can be.

Countless times, I felt like the light at the end of the tunnel was constantly shrinking in the distance. Now that I’m finally out of that tunnel, I can only feel grateful and free. I had so much support throughout this chapter of my life, and I will never forget everything the people who love me did to help me through it and remind me that I am loved.

I will never forget everything everyone has done for me or the lessons I’ve learned. Thank you all🤍

ohhhhh how ice missed you October 🍁🍂

Today’s hot topic is about coming out! 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈Yesterday was #nationalcomingoutday and I got inspired to share a little about my own story and also share my use of another phrase that I prefer instead of coming out.

WHERE SHOULD THIS SERIES GO NEXT? Comment what other topics I should share in future Open Haus videos!
