Culture: do we create it or does it create us?
I believe we can intentionally create culture if we put some thought and awareness into it. And that we must take on this responsibility with enthusiasm and determination in today’s modern world.
Culture shapes us, but only if we are unconscious participants in it.
Over the years, I have developed significant expertise in culture, identity, how change happens, the role of ownership, understanding how humans think and work intuitively, and maybe most of all, in challenging our assumptions about ourselves and our society.
And there’s nothing I enjoy more than powerful conversations built on these 3 critical ingredients, that truly shape our culture intentionally:
1. The right people with the right attitude at the table: open, curious, willing to listen and to share
2. The right topic of conversation: important, urgent yet broad
3. The right energetic space: safe, respectful, and yes, feminine (which is different from female)
I’m all in for changing our culture of leading by knowing and dictating answers and strategy - and replacing it one of asking questions, holding conversations, listening and finding the answers together.
This is Feminine Leadership - leading by listening, nurturing, and creating space for the unknown.
And we can’t solve our global issues until we find this form of leadership in ourselves, and cultivate it. Because nobody has the answers, but we can’t find them until we put down our arms and put our hands and hearts together.
Are you willing and ready to cultivate Feminine Leadership in yourself? Drop me a 💗 if you are.
And send me a DM if you want to learn more about HOW. I’m working on something just for you. 💫
