A Florida man is accused of shooting an Uber Eats driver in the buttocks after the driver allegedly returned to an apartment complex hoping to get his girlfriend’s phone number, authorities say. Investigators say 33-year-old Khuslen Saruultuya confronted the driver, ordered him to the ground, shot him and allegedly pistol-whipped him in the head before threatening to kill him. The driver managed to escape and drive himself to a nearby hospital for treatment. Saruultuya was later arrested. During a search of his apartment, deputies allegedly discovered suspected cocaine, MDMA, ketamine, marijuana, psychedelic mushrooms, hundreds of prescription pills and more than $11,000 in cash. He faces charges including attempted felony murder, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and multiple drug offenses.
