Sharing the very last drops (but not last dropbacks) of the Summer Sunshine with BA Goddard of Yoga In The Lanes doing Primary Series on Hove Lawns. BA is a highly accomplished "26/2 Series" Hot Yoga practitioner and in hindsight it was *probably* a bad idea to video my stiff old man dropbacks standing next to a practitioner of a method known for its emphasis on back-bending!
