Ok, hear me out, the point of this post isn’t just to post a “prep file.” There’s an important message:

Around this time last year, there were a lot of questions about whether I stayed stage lean year-round. Lots of speculation and concern, and I wholeheartedly understand why.

In retrospect, I recognize how it may have seemed that way, especially since I was at a much leaner body composition (even while not actively doing shows). Specifically, my three month break between July and October leading into the Olympia.

After 4 1/2 years in this industry, I can say I’ve made more mistakes than I have accomplishments.

Today, I have a higher body fat percentage, hopefully more muscle, and a much better mindset. I can say with confidence that I no longer identify with my physique or perpetuate that “locked in” mentality 24/7.

There’s a time and place for everything! I’m having a really good time sharing the food I’m eating, the activities I’m doing outside of the gym, and just more of my normal self. I know the word balance is heavily overused so that I won’t use it today; I think a better word is “life.”

In every sport, in every industry, there’s a time to grind, and there’s a time to “let go.” It’s not just bodybuilding.

The Delhi Police has denotified Jantar Mantar as a designated venue for protests and demonstrations, naming three alternative sites for such gatherings, amid a standoff with the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) over permission to hold a peaceful protest and the INDIA bloc’s planned march to the Supreme Court.

According to a standing order dated October 11, 2026, the three newly designated venues are Ramlila Ground, Burari Ground and CBD Ground in East Delhi. The order, signed by Delhi Police Commissioner Anurag Kumar, modifies an earlier standing order dated April 28, 2022, which had designated Jantar Mantar as a protest venue.
