You mind can take you many places
The more you try to control it the wider it can become
Your imagination is powerful
It’s what sent a man to the moon, split the atom, put planes in the sky, this device in your hand so much more
With the wrong focus it can send you into a labyrinth (maze) of endless suffering
Are you an overthinker?
Do you talk yourself out of what feels right ?
Are you an incessant worrier?
Learn with me and within a community to become the observer of your mind. Those thoughts are there for a reason and it’s NOT to consume or rule you
Drop a ❤️ if your over active mind cause you anxiety 👇🏽
