Saha Wellness Center

Winter Solstice is a great time for celebration and connection between friends, colleagues, and loved-ones, it also happens to be a sacred time for reflection, intention and preparation for a New Year. Join us as we come together to honor the past year with holistic nourishment and great company. With the tradition of Winter Solstice, we visualize the new year and the joyful abundant light it will bring. This holiday is an important mark in the year for manifestations, prosperity, and comfort as the days grow longer into spring thats just around the corner.
