Without all of you I would have struggled through the last 2 years. Instead my mental and physical fitness has grown..

As you can see I started December on a high, I decided that after a few set backs I am ready to go back to work, then got hit again by covid!

Before @rwl I would probably still be sat feeling sorry for myself, because I can't lift as heavy as I could a week ago, but after 5 days of fevers I got up and started slowly and with more clothes to keep me warm 🤣
Monday 7:15 zoom mobility and some Advent catching up. Tuesday & Wednesday back to 6:45 lives with the Amazing Power Up crew but with my 8&10kgs not 12.5&15kgs. But that's ok 💪

Here's to many more years with an app if you want to call it that.. I call it a Community that just gives as much as you put in and more x
