Ex @rwl Ambassador. Had to step down due to health reasons.
Trying to look after me. With the help of RWL and the community..

This is the reaction to an out of the blue offer from the Queen @resultswithcecilia herself to become an RWL Ambassador πŸŽ‰ 😒 I actually had tears in my eyes when I watched her video request.. Never did I think I would be a MOTM let alone become or aim to be an ambassador for RWL x Though once I was asked it all felt right. Since April 2020 I have followed @resultswithcecilia and then December 2020 I joined RWL, using as much of what it has to offer as I can and I haven't looked back.. If I hadn't of found RWL and really connected with it's amazing trainers and community, I would definitely not be as strong as I am now, mentally or physically. I am forever grateful and yes, I do recommend them to whoever will listen. I don't have a lot of followers and I don't have a massive Visual Transformation Story but I do have my growth and the health of my 14 year old who because of this app, no longer believes it when others call her Fat, she is educated enough by the information available to know that she just has a different body type πŸ’œ And a growing friendship group x #AD #rwl #rwlambassador #rwlhaschangedmymindset #rwlmaywellhavesavedme # by @mandamarchant
#AD because I am an #rwlambassador. Wow! Today makes it 3 Years With @rwl πŸ’ͺ Thank you to the trainers & the community that became friends and those that know they are my family, although some have moved on to other journey's. Thank you all! Without all of you I wouldn't have had the gains that I have over the last few years.. You guys are the best gain! Instead my mental and physical fitness is still growing.. I wasn't going to do a post as I can't see much visual difference between 2022 & 2023, but I know that the fact that I am as consistent as my life allows shows in the visual that I retain. It also means that I am at my happy and comfortable 'me' πŸ’œ Here's to many more years with an app if you want to call it that.. I call it a Community that just gives as much as you put in and more x #rwl #notjustanapp #homeworkouts #doityourself #doityourway #findyourtribe by @mandamarchant
Wow! 2 Years With @rwl πŸŽ‰ Thank you to the trainers @resultswithcecilia @nbeagle_ @ashleycbagley @sarahbockhartfitness @benclynept @alexporterfitness @helenbarnesshealth @jennyfrancis23 Thank you to the community that became friends @wifey_g_journey @gcw23_fitnessjourney @debs_fitness4health @lilafitjourney @ems_healthandwellness @chezgeemojo @balancinglauraslife @hustlelucy @dollyrockin_lifestyle @vicky_fitby40_rwl Thank you all! Without all of you I would have struggled through the last 2 years. Instead my mental and physical fitness has grown.. As you can see I started December on a high, I decided that after a few set backs I am ready to go back to work, then got hit again by covid! Before @rwl I would probably still be sat feeling sorry for myself, because I can't lift as heavy as I could a week ago, but after 5 days of fevers I got up and started slowly and with more clothes to keep me warm 🀣 Monday 7:15 zoom mobility and some Advent catching up. Tuesday & Wednesday back to 6:45 lives with the Amazing Power Up crew but with my 8&10kgs not 12.5&15kgs. But that's ok πŸ’ͺ Here's to many more years with an app if you want to call it that.. @rwl Power Core Kettlebell in the Bag! I went straight into this plan after Sculpt and I enjoyed it.. Thank you @nancybelleagle_ @jennyfrancis23 & Emma.. I did the 1st workout on 2nd September then between the 5th - 13th I was full of virus and couldn't do much more than walk.. I got back to it and finished the program on Friday 9th October alongside some lives with @helenbarnesshealth and @jennyfrancis23 Goes to show that lots can get in your way, but that doesn't mean that you can't keep going x I did record all of the workouts, but decided not to waste the time trying to edit them and just deleted them. #homeworkouts #nearly50 #coreissues #dontgiveup by @mandamarchant
@rwl Summer Survival Kettlebell in the Bag! No they're not hard workouts but when you're not feeling yourself the Challange is getting them done! I also had a 2 week break from RWL workouts after climbing snowdon, so was very happy to complete the last 4 workouts of the 2026 Challange on my birthday before heading out for a 5k run (@chezgeemojo made me do it!) with my hubby (he did it to make me happy) Then today I managed to get the 1st 2 workouts done of Restore & Release 2! I can't wait to start the new Power Core program tomorrow alongside more mindful eating. #homeworkouts #nearly50 #coreissues #dontgiveup by @mandamarchant
