TEST-IT TUESDAY 🔥 | ABS EDITION 1️⃣ BOX/BOSU decline knee drive + leg lift (deep core, obliques, glutes, shoulders) 2️⃣ Cable rope partial-pull ab curl (upper and mid abs) 💡 Integrated = your abs hold you steady while your arms and legs move. That builds a tight, strong, cinched waist. 💡 Targeted = your abs do all the work against constant cable load, with no momentum and no help from the hip flexors. That sculpts and defines. 💡The BOSU makes your core react to every wobble. 💡The CABLE partial pull means your abs never get a rest. HOW TO TEST IT ✅ ☑️ 15 slow reps (move 1: per side) ☑️ 2-second squeeze on every rep ☑️ Hips still on the cable: no sitting back ☑️ Rate the burn 1–10 Comment your winner 👇 My pick is in the comments. Save this for your next core day and tag a buddy to test it with you 🔥 Activewear by @renvotofficial. Link in the bio.
