Yoli Tortilleria

Nixtamal - the ancient Mesoamerican process of cooking whole corn kernels with lime or wood ash. Then these kernels soak overnight. Next morning kernels are rinsed and ground into masa. Masa is then transformed to tortillas and all sorts of masa shapes.

At Yoli we honor our ancestor traditions using heirloom corn varieties. Enjoy our corn tortillas and masa shapes offered at our Westside location and many local restaurants and grocery stores.
