Sometimes “being realistic” is just another way of accepting someone else’s limits.

I’ve been told more than once that something wouldn’t be possible for me. I’m grateful I kept asking, “But what if it is?”

So if there’s something you want to do, but you’ve been told it’s impossible, I hope you give yourself the chance to find out what you’re actually capable of.

Thank you @lifewavecorporate you were the best audience and what a wonderful stage , room and event! ❤️

So something is happening to the cars on our streets and it may well be related to Claudia Winkleman’s fringe.

You see, it turns out that there are basically no regulations limiting the size of the enormous SUVs that are driving around and endangering more and more people in the name of profit. Because, given the choice, most of us wouldn’t opt to hop in a tank every morning - but with adverts everywhere on our streets, TV shows, sometimes even in secret, more and more of us are making that choice.

What that means is that the car manufacturers are making greater profits while your nan can’t get parked outside Tesco Express.

If you’d like your nan (and possibly you) to, then consider signing Clean Cities and Adfree Cities’ petition to get SUV ads off all the walls, fairer parking systems and child visibility tests. (Ad)
