My first time meeting a Highland Cow, the oldest and quite possibly the cutest cattle breed in the world 🤍 This was part of an incredible day organised for me by the amazing Stuart at @appetiteforangus to showcase the wonderful food and drink this beautiful area of Scotland has to offer. Will be writing some articles on it eventually but for now please enjoy this footage of the Highland Cows [ pronounced “heelan coo” in Scots ] at the Arbikie Highland Estate, where these five shaggy cuties - named Caroline, Honey, Thistle, Licorice and Pepper - eat the waste products from the farm’s whisky, gin and vodka production in true field-to-bottle fashion.
