I started in the fitness industry when you didn’t get to speak the words “fitness model” unless you were shredded to the bone. You didn’t get sponsorship deals, win contests, get photo shoots, magazine spreads, anything…unless you had a 6 pack and posed sexy. It has been so special witnessing and experiencing the change. Strength and happiness are held higher than being shredded. None of us were doing it in a healthy way, anyway 🙄 It was such a misrepresentation of “fitness.” Thank you all so much for loving my journey through the shredded stage, through pregnancy and motherhood, through my 30s and now my 40s. Being in fitness rocks, and being real rocks even harder 🤘🏼🫶🏼💪🏼

Your first picture is what inspired me in the very beginning. I’ve followed you from the start, but it’s the other pics that keep me going when I learned that the first pic was not sustainable after doing my own competition. I was so unhealthy and unhappy. I’m much stronger, healthier, and more fit than I’ve ever been at 42 years old! Thank you for everything you do!
