👊 This is why you shouldn’t fear failure when starting your own business!

Startup founder Charlie Cook shares advice that one of his early investors gave him when he was starting his company Rightcharge. Charlie went on to raise £655k from over 350 Seedrs investors, more than doubling the company’s target.

@rightcharge_ is an EV charging company that is revolutionising the way people charge their vehicles and discover the best energy tariffs.

That’s exactly what happened to me. I worked for a family business, hated it, I had low self esteem and really didn’t know how to get a good job because why skills didn’t match what they wanted . So I created a company, and yes it “failed”, but from that failure I found a career in product development. It’s led me to work in London and Dubai, and meeting amazing people along the way. Failure is a perspective , and I wouldn’t be the person I am now without my failures

If you have the mindset to quite a business after only six months, don’t start. Keep your job.
