I could follow these three around taking pictures feeling like the luckiest guy in the world, but it's these kids who won the lottery having Dena as their mom. #bestinthebusiness

In marriage, emotional intimacy is a prerequisite for physical intimacy, especially the longer you’re together.

Unfortunately, many couples unintentionally deprioritize their emotional connection over time. Conversations become functional. You stop really checking in on each other.

And then life adds stress and distraction on top of that, which actively creates disconnection. That’s a double whammy, and it’s the formula for feeling like roommates.

Here’s the shift. Don’t wait for a magical date night or a vacation to reconnect. Ask your partner today, and send them this reel: what makes you feel emotionally connected to me? Make it your mission to learn what that is for your partner, because it might be completely different from what it is for you.

And if you want a fun and proven way to reignite more emotional & physical intimacy in your marriage, comment SPARK to get 30 days of:

❤️ Intimacy Activities: fun & flirty (but realistic) activities designed to spark both emotional and physical intimacy

❤️ Connection Prompts: unique and unifying questions that will lead to laughter, deeper understanding, and creating shared memories

❤️ Appreciation Gestures: cultivate appreciation for one another by reflecting on the little things that get taken for granted

Our special edition Best of Us Challenge starts tomorrow and is only open three times a year, so make sure you comment SPARK 💫
