👉 Have you ever tried nebulizing hydrogen peroxide for immune, lung, and respiratory health?

Hydrogen peroxide is a well-known antiseptic agent traditionally used to fight pathogens.

In the functional wellness space, there is growing interest in how turning this compound into a fine mist via a nebulizer may support the body’s natural defense systems.

💪How It Works in the Body:

- Oxidative Support: Your white blood cells naturally produce hydrogen peroxide as a primary defense mechanism to combat bacteria, viruses, and fungi.

- The Catalase Reaction: When hydrogen peroxide encounters the cellular enzyme catalase, it converts into water and oxygen.

This reaction releases oxygen free radicals that can disrupt the cell walls of harmful pathogens.

Oxygenating the Microbe Terrain: The beneficial, friendly bacteria residing in the mucous membranes of your lungs, sinuses, and digestive tract are aerobic.
This means they thrive in oxygen-rich environments, while many harmful pathogens cannot.

Areas of Research & Functional Focus:

🫁 Respiratory Health: Nebulizing delivers a fine mist directly into the respiratory tract and sinuses, helping to break up mucus and clear localized pathogens.

🛡️ Immune System: Supporting the body's oxidative pathways can help give your immune cells an upper hand during seasonal challenges.

🧬 Gut & Mucosal Health: Emerging studies look at how regulating the microbial load in mucosal linings can systematically impact the gut-lung axis and control underlying pathogens.

👉 Don't want to nebulize hydrogen peroxide? You can also nebulize silver, iodine or glutathione to support your gut, immune and respiratory tract!
