🇯🇵 🥩 A5 STRIP - Deconstructed! Maybe we have a little too much time on our hands today but let’s walk through this beautiful A5 Striploin and break it down for ya. Sometimes it can look like a ribeye when it is cut closer toward the rib section. The Striploin comes after the rib from the Shortloin. If you get a Strip Steak Aka NY Strip that was cut close to the Rib section you’re in luck because it might just come with some of that spinalis or rib cap attached to it!

We’re cutting up an A5 Miyazaki Strip here and creating smaller “sampler” portions that are budget friendly and allow anyone to try the best beef this planet has to offer. ENJOY!
