🇯🇵 LETS COOK A5 WAGYU 🥩

“I’m scared I’m going to mess this up”

If this is what you think about Wagyu, we’re about to prove you wrong! It is incredibly easy to make and doesn’t require any extra steps. Just salt it, sear it and enjoy!

Umami has never been easier.

Here we have an A5 Ribeye, they are very rich and this one is about 3/4” so it will cook very fast. Even when over cooked, it will still taste good.. not that we’ve tried.. we just heard.. 😉

1. Cut away any fat to be used for cooking or greasing up pan. Don’t throw this flavor nugget away!
2. Cut steak into desired portions or cook whole! Here we are separating the cap from the ribeye. We consider these 2 different steaks and will treat them as such.
3. Salt both sides.
4. Heat pan to high, use the fat from earlier to coat the pan. If using non stick, you can skip this. We avoid using oil as a lot of fat will render out when cooking.
5. Sear the steak - 90 secs per side. Look for that golden brown crust!
6. Place onto cutting board and rest for 10 minutes.
7. Cut & Serve

That is as simple as it gets and everyone always leaves happy 😊💫

Try some TODAY!

🇯🇵 🥩 A5 STRIP - Deconstructed! Maybe we have a little too much time on our hands today but let’s walk through this beautiful A5 Striploin and break it down for ya. Sometimes it can look like a ribeye when it is cut closer toward the rib section. The Striploin comes after the rib from the Shortloin. If you get a Strip Steak Aka NY Strip that was cut close to the Rib section you’re in luck because it might just come with some of that spinalis or rib cap attached to it!

We’re cutting up an A5 Miyazaki Strip here and creating smaller “sampler” portions that are budget friendly and allow anyone to try the best beef this planet has to offer. ENJOY!

If it ain’t Ligma, it’s NUNYA

have you ever tried deckle?

most people haven’t, unless you’re a pitmaster. it’s the fatty layer that gets trimmed off the inside of a brisket, and usually forgotten.

this one is Gold Label wagyu, BMS 8/9. wildly marbled, so we grilled it like a steak 🔥

pulled it on the rare side. rare or closer to medium, it’s a perfect bite.

honestly it eats somewhere between a ribeye and a bavette. rich, beefy, buttery 🧈

it’s a big piece, so this one’s for sharing. tag who you’re splitting it with 👇

would you try this? available now, link in bio 🥩

If it ain’t Ligma, it’s NUNYA! 🌟🤙

Now this is a steak sandwich! 🥩 Wagyu Bone-In Ribeye (Silver) - Reverse seared. Decided to have some fun with a bit of extra steak. 😊 #steak #sandwichporn by @ligmaprovisions

Short rib, restaurant exclusive 👀
7-bone short rib, the asado cut, built for open fire. This one never made it to the site; we only sell it to restaurants. Seasoned, low and slow. You saw the slice.

Should we change that? 👇

If it ain't LIGMA, it's NUNYA! 💫😜

Every day I’m grateful I get to do this — cut wagyu, ship it to your door, and still be here because of the people who’ve been cookin’ with me since day one 🙏🥩

That’s actually why I got rid of the 3rd-party app we used to run rewards on — it charged us every month and just wasn’t cutting it — so I took it upon myself to build our own, from scratch. One more way to say thank you to the ones who keep coming back 🙌
We don’t run big discount codes very often, because our everyday pricing is already the deal — no sale needed for that. But rewards are different: real points on every order that turn into real dollars off, whenever you want 💛
And starting tomorrow (Sat–Sun, Jul 25–26), every dollar you spend earns DOUBLE points, automatically — our way of saying thanks a little louder this weekend ✨

Sign in at ligmaprovisions.com → Rewards and see what’s already waiting for ya.
If it ain’t Ligma, it’s NUNYA! 💫🤙
