4 years of chasing 3 (+1) degrees, 2 months of almost giving up, and 1 million tears shed later 🔥. I have now been upgraded to LL.M with big Magna Cum Laude! Nothing but God. God I thank you 🙏🏾! Mom thank you for creating this life for me, thank you for bringing me into this earth to experience such lovely souls in my life, thank you for always praying for me, being my number one best friend, my comforter, I am so blessed and forever grateful 🥹. My family thank you for leading me on in God’s light, thank you for not ever giving up on me, thank you for missing sleepless nights because I would call y’all crying about school and my mental health. To the friends I made throughout my 4 years of college life thank you, thank you for being supportive, motivating, loving, fun, and judgement free. I will always be forever grateful for each and everyone of y’all ♥️ As I continue to fight against inequalities in the criminal justice system especially for people of color, and Immigrant families. I will always be a leader, I am here to share my testimony to let others know that you can come from NOTHING and become SOMETHING.
