a day in my life with 4 kids + trying to take care of myself somewhere in between

one thing i’ve realized about wellness as a mom is that it has to actually FIT into my life. i don’t have an hour every morning to meal prep, work out, meditate, etc😅

that’s why i’ve been loving seeing a dietitian through @usenourish it gives me a little more structure and accountability without making me feel like i have to completely rearrange our life to prioritize my health.

because taking care of myself doesn’t have to mean putting motherhood on pause. sometimes it just looks like making the better choice in the middle of the chaos, staying consistent with the little things, and remembering that i’m worth taking care of too 🤍 @usenourish #nourishpartner

#eshanmasih talking about mahhi vij‼️🤯

In de winkel met mijn dochter. Een vrouw roept.. en Jay !! papa dag ? Ik zeg : nee gewoon woensdag
Zij :😕 Ik : 😕.

Ja wat nou papa dag, ik ben toch alle dagen van de week vader😂. Het is niet bijzonder wanneer een man tijd spendeert met het schepsel dat hij heeft verwekt.
