An introduction to our founder and the origin of Brothers Flooring and design! 😊
In 2007, Andy was jobless with a baby on the way. After losing his job at such a vital time, he decided it was time for him to be his own boss.
Through excellent work, long nights and determination, he landed a large account allowing him to expand and found one of the most proficient and largest installation companies in the Spokane area. They soon realized that installing for a large corporation made them feel more like employees than ever before. Knowing their passion for creating exceptional customer service, credibility, culture, and a multifaceted team, they knew they had to create their own company. In 2015, they emptied their saving and invested in a 100 year old barn. From that day on, they filled that old horse barn with a team dedicated to their shared core values. Believing in themselves and in the old saying “If you build it, they will come”- they were lucky enough to find amazing customers who wanted the same thing. They created a family-like business that is focused on great customer service along with exceptional craftsmanship.

Congratulations Andy. It’s always been servicing the customer not making the money. The money will come if you do a good job servicing your customers. Again great job.
