No, it's sunny everywhere, Eyo. We practically hit a heat record last week. Happy Sunday. 😔

Clare V. x The Dogist, photographed by Gus Powell on the streets of New York City, where it all started for The Dogist. This collection is inspired by life on the go with a dog and the everyday rituals that get us out into the world: morning walks, afternoons in the park, errand runs, weekend getaways, and that one last trip outside before bed. These moments, and the dogs we meet along the way, are what first inspired The Dogist and what we wanted to capture in this campaign: friends of ours and their dogs, doing what they do every day.
One statement caused Bani’s outrage, but can he handle the heat? 👀 Roadies Rebirth co-powered by #SuperYou, #DBSiggnatureFinestCardamomSeeds, #Sparx and #OnnTotalComfort, starts 16th October, Fri-Sat 7PM on JioHotstar & MTV. #MTVRoadies #RoadiesRebirth #Season21 #MTVIndia #JioHotstar #Roadies #GangLeaders #OGsvsNewGs #Episodic (Roadies Rebirth, Roadies Season 21, Roadies, MTV, Roadies Rebirth, MTV India, JioHotstar, Gang Leaders, Rannvijay Singha, Launch, Ep 1, Episodic)
I spent a very large portion of my life thinking being a good woman meant being easy to deal with. Pleasant. Available. And NEVER too much trouble. So when I started saying no, changing my mind, setting boundaries, or just doing something differently than someone wanted me to do… my nervous system acted like I had committed a federal crime. That’s the part nobody really talks about when they tell women to “set boundaries.” The boundary is not usually the hardest part. The hardest part is surviving the feeling that comes after it. The urge to send the text or explain. Here’s the thing. Discomfort is not an emergency. Someone being disappointed in you does not mean you did something wrong. It does not make you selfish, difficult, angry, dramatic, or hard to love. Sometimes it just means they wanted something from you and you said no. That’s it. And every time you sit through that discomfort without abandoning yourself, you get a little stronger. So if you are a recovering people pleaser, a woman learning how to set boundaries, or somebody trying to build self trust for the first time, consider this your reminder… You are allowed to disappoint people and still be a good person. 🩷 Personal growth, self care, mental health
