I really like to call you that; to brag about it even,
really slow on the vowels, always heavy on emotion,
because the word fits you the way every dress does,
close at the waist, always a little dangerous.

This year, you handled a bigger office and a heavier load,
a newborn on your hip and a longer road,
and you walked it in heels, never slow.

When mammy waters came with malice, you let it slide off like silk
and kept your eyes on the people the job was for.
Then you came home, and somehow you still had more.

More patience for our children, more ear than mouth,
You say "I'm sorry, my love," the sexiest thing to come out
of those lips, after my name, thick, low,
the way you say it...

So today, let's buy a cake and eat.
Meaty. Fluffy. Moist. And with some boba tea.
I'll lick the icing, and you'll tell me what you think,

It's been five years since we got married, and everything in my life has found its place.

Holding your hand still makes my heart beat faster. It calms me. It's an anchor, a compass, a promise in this beautiful chaos we've built together.

Waking up beside you every morning fills me with a kind of joy I cannot explain. Just seeing you there makes the day feel lighter, even before it begins. Every single day with you is a blessing I don't take for granted; a gift to build our home, to love you better, to grow alongside you.

I love rushing back home because I know you are there. Your voice, your smile, your presence make home feel safe. Our family grows better every day because of you, because of your patience, your strength, and the love you pour into King and me without keeping score.

On and off the field, Ashleigh Plumptre is definitely born to lead.

Anchoring the Nigerian female football team Super Falcons’ march into the WAFCON2025 finals, Ashleigh is calm under pressure, fierce in defence, and running till the game ends.

Her commitment on the pitch is matched by her heart off it: as Mission 89’s global ambassador, she’s using her voice to protect young athletes from trafficking.

Ashleigh Plumptre has made over 120 appearances for Notts County, Leicester City, Al-Ittihad Club, and the Nigerian women's national team.

She represented England at under-15, under-17, under-19, and under-23 levels, including participation in two tournaments: the 2014 and 2015 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championships.

In 2016, Ashleigh was the youngest player selected for the under-23 team at the 2016 La Manga Tournament. by @thatpr.guy

About 4 years ago, we all met as intending couples, looking forward to a premarital class at the Covenant Nation, we then got married and decided to stick together as one big family!

It’s been a journey of growth, we’ve had times where we had fun! Discuss real life marriage issues and wins! Talk about finances and how we can be better spouses to our partners!

This Christmas we decided to come together as one big family to have a Christmas shoot, then this production!

Hope you enjoy it as much as we did creating it😅
