Childhood is a theme that comes back frequently in my therapy sessions. In general, I conclude on the importance of welcoming my "inner child" who ended up growing up without knowing how to deal with his wounds very well. 😌🥰 Working with childhoods might be a beautiful way to keep that creative little boy alive who "only knew how to draw." Sometimes I break my face, but I think I feel very proud of still being able to see the world with those dreamy eyes.

🇧🇷 A infância é um tema que costuma voltar com frequência nas minhas sessões de terapia. Em geral, concluo sobre a importância de acolher minha "criança interior" que acabou crescendo sem saber lidar muito bem com suas feridas. 😌🥰 Trabalhar com infâncias talvez seja um jeito lindo de manter vivo aquele menininho criativo que vivia no "mundo dos desenhos". Às vezes eu quebro a cara, mas acho que sinto muito orgulho de ainda conseguir enxergar o mundo com aqueles olhinhos sonhadores.
