My clients and I attended their New Home Orientation today! This home was completed in May and they close next week. Besides minor paint variations, scuffs on the trim and walls, and nail pops (of course), the home was in excellent standing after experiencing a long summer. No hairline cracks, yet 😉. These are all normal instances a home goes through, by the way. A new home shifts and settles over the years. We are all looking forward to next weeks closing! #brandnewhome #lennar #lennarhomes #homesforsale #homesforsaleminnesota #realtor #localrealtor
