Our latest branding shoot got me in my feels 🥹 It’s been 3.5 years since I obtained my Minnesota Real Estate License. I’ve learned SO many lessons, crossed paths with some truly amazing people, and grew professionally and personally — bettering myself everyday. I’m so grateful — thanks a million ❤️ by @heatlleip

I hiked Glymur! Wow… that’s all I can say. So happy I dressed in layers and I had trekking poles. Also, extremely happy I met @herjin7 along the way, another solo traveler. It was helpful as an amateur hiker to be with an expert, for guidance and safety. Having him take some photos and videos of me was also a huge perk lol … but that’s besides the point. Would I do it again? Yes. Would I bring water shoes, a neck guard, and a towel next time? Also yes. #glymur #glymurwaterfall #glymurfoss #iceland #icelandroadtrip by @heatlleip

My clients and I attended their New Home Orientation today! This home was completed in May and they close next week. Besides minor paint variations, scuffs on the trim and walls, and nail pops (of course), the home was in excellent standing after experiencing a long summer. No hairline cracks, yet 😉. These are all normal instances a home goes through, by the way. A new home shifts and settles over the years. We are all looking forward to next weeks closing! #brandnewhome #lennar #lennarhomes #homesforsale #homesforsaleminnesota #realtor #localrealtor by @heatlleip
Barcelona ➡️ Madrid ➡️ Ibiza A couple months ago in November my friends and I went to Spain to visit @ginabaertsch while she was an au pair. We spent the majority of our trip in Barcelona then flew to Spain’s capital: Madrid, then we flew to the Island of Ibiza, and back to Barcelona. Fun fact: in country flights are extremely inexpensive. It was only $7.34 to fly to Ibiza! We really got to explore Barcelona and the suburb of Castellbisbal. Taking the train, buses, and taxis to the mountains, the ocean, and all around the city. We met so many friendly people, ate delicious cuisine, maybe enjoyed too many drinks, and saw gorgeous sights and architecture. I cannot wait to go back one day. My next international trip (after Canada) is Iceland 💗💗 by @heatlleip
And just like that … 1 year in real estate as a full-time realtor has gone by. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to have helped 7 individuals/families close on their home in my first year! Never in my wildest dreams would I thought I would be here today. I LOVE helping individuals/families buy, sell, and invest in their futures! All the smiles (and sometimes hugs) is the biggest reward to me. I’ve learned, it’s not sales, but all about relationships. I want to personally thank my mentor and teammates Jesse Hendricks and Shalisa Wilson (@hendricksrealestate ) for guiding me through the real estate world. My friends and family for the constant support and believing in me. All my colleagues and managing brokers at my Brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices North Properties. And of course, my clients, for trusting me with possibly the biggest purchase or sale of their life. I look forward to my next year in this remarkable and ever-changing industry! Cheers! 🏡🎉🥂 by @heatlleip
