Whole roasted cauliflower - toasty on the outside (dark bits are my favourite), lovely and tender on the inside. Flavoured with spices, garlic, lemon and a good amount of olive oil. Topped with sour cream mix, roasted red pepper pesto, cilantro and pine nuts.
