I thought this 2009 Les Forts de Latour was going to be the star of the night, but little did I know our dinner would blow this away. If you ever have the opportunity to dine @trestle_sf go. Don't hesitate, just go. The passion exuded by the entire team was palatable and truly refreshing. A dining experience @_le.sweet and I won't soon forget. Thank you again @mndbyr, @tairicci, and @hineighborgroup! Also, the 2009 Les Forts while still young was in a great place with a few hours of decanting. I look forward to revisiting this in another 10 years.
