9.11 & 9.12 | Back to CO! | After you get past all the anti abortion, anti pornography, and all the ridiculous signs that litter Kansas, it's actually a pretty sweet place. Hell, they even named a town after me! After sleeping on a forest floor for four nights, checking into a hotel with a hot tub and free laundry was a must, and they even had a killer family owned BBQ joint in the same parking lot! After a nice soak, real shower, real bed, my body weight in smoked meats, and half a dozen Yuengling's, we hit what may have been the highlight of our trip, MENARDS! Got all the free lumber smells, stared up at all the cool lights, and even bought more merch there than at the music festival! Colorado, get your shit together and get a Menards in this B! Finally, we hit the town of Russell, which was mostly all brick roads and seemingly abandoned, haha! Super neat!

Thank you, Kansas, for showing us a heckin good week, we will be back inside you soon. However, maybe ditch all your obnoxious signage, I don't need reminders every couple miles that I'm a bloodsucking heathen sprinting to hell. 👿
