A Sunday well spent…..come and cook a Sunday roast with me. Rolled sirloin, roasted butternut squash with sage and Gruyère, bread and butter pudding with apple pie filling. I meeeean it was pretty delish even if I say so myself. Dessert recipe from @wellmadebykiley #sundayroast #rolledsirloin #butternutsquash #roastdinner #roast

Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da - MercyMe “Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da” is The Beatles’ joyful 1968 singalong, reimagined by MercyMe and friends for their Cover Tune Grab Bag series. Released on March 13, 2011, the video was filmed during The Rock & Worship Roadshow and featured MercyMe alongside Jars of Clay, Matt Maher, Thousand Foot Krutch, The Afters, and Lecrae. The performance turns Paul McCartney’s playful ska-pop classic into a high-energy backstage celebration, complete with dancing, laughter, and a growing crowd of musicians joining in. MercyMe’s version captures the original’s carefree spirit while adding the spontaneous fun of a group of artists enjoying a moment together on tour. The video became an early YouTube sensation, helping make “Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da” one of MercyMe’s most popular Cover Tune Grab Bag performances. A Beatles classic, a room full of artists, and one irresistible refrain—“ob-la-di, ob-la-da, life goes on.” 🎶✨
