3 WEEKS OUT. 🔥 161 lbs → 131.7 lbs Confidence is growing, but so is the hunger😆 First refeed last Sunday after feeling depleted, low energy, and flat. Same foods, just an increase of about 500 kcals. The next day? Pumps were incredible, and the physique looked INSANE. We’re back to flat again, which is par for the course at this stage….BUT I get another refeed Saturday and Sunday🥄 The stats: - 1900 kcals - 450 kcals of cardio x 7 days / week. Weight is still dropping. - Not a single missed meal, lift, or cardio session The physique update: - Glutes are definitely tighter, and the tie-ins are becoming much more visible in the back pose. - Waist has tightened up and I feel really good about my ability to have core control on stage #bodybuilding #npc #npcfigurecompetitor #npcfigure
That is what cooking with Claude looks like, and I never want it to change 😂🤍
Back on the streets of Milano! The weather is changing and the big thing a saw this week (which is perfectly timed) was Fall shorts. Slides 3,4 and 5 each features women wearing a different version of long wool (and maybe coincidentally) grey shorts -each version looks great! The first pic is my longtime stylish friend @michelameni - I love her fluffy lapel pin! Love the kinda fashion military look of slide two and it reminds me of a famous Manet painting IYKYK and the all white look (darlingly after Labor Day) of slide 8 Thanks Milano !
quite possibly the best day ever✨💙 #gocougs
Još ovog ljeta sam vam spominjala korejski brend @dear_ohneul kojeg Koreanci dižu u nebesa i stvarno obožavaju. S pravom. ✨ Donkey Toner Pad – blazinice s AHA, BHA i PHA kiselinama nježno uklanjaju odumrle stanice, zaglađuju teksturu i vraćaju koži svježinu. 🧴 Sretno. Odaberem dobitnicu za 6 dana. 🤍
