Ex Model, artist, farmer… the coolest CV ever and the best person I have ever met… 15 years @the_georgetaylor Happy Anniversary #luckyme #iloveyou

6:17 am lessons from the water:
1. It’s always better after you jump in
2. Paddling is a btch but you literally have no choice if you want to surf
3. Currents change
4. You’ll always go in the direction that you’re looking in
5. The wave doesn’t last forever, but there’ll be another… after you paddle out again of course.
6. Crash out on the waves instead
7. Timing is everything
8. It’s hard
9. But it’s also fun
10. Everybody gets theirs
11. There’s a time to wait and there’s a time to go, hard.
12. Patience is a practice.
13. It doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger.
14. Only you are counting your falls.
15. Only you are counting your waves.
16. Look out for your Neighbour as you would have them look out for you.
17. The wave is inevitable whether you’re ready or not.
