Surfing ... Unbelievable Smoothly Above ... the sky

I just found out about the surf competition at the @slackicimes Winter Festislack... And I'm super stoked!!!!

This is my qualification, with a mix of newer and older (some from 2019) videos.

This years Bionaz adventure ended in a retreat ...
We planned to attack a idea, which was we had already since 4-5 years, to continue from the Pasqualeti bivacco to the Punta Henry and rigg a line from there to the next summit on the ridge.
Packed with 200m of #dyneemite (@raedslacklines ), driller, climbing stuff and food for 2 nights we started motivated hiking in the morning. But the weather and conditions turned out much more demanding than expected and after 9hrs of hiking, climbing and trying to find a passable route for this conditions, we arrvived less than 100m below the bivacco infront of a short sketchy section and made the decision to turn around.
In summer, when we did the same route before, this section didn't even appear to us being difficult, other parts where as more difficult in our memory, which we passed before. But in this conditions, we believe we made the best decision turning around!
Still an amazing adventure and a big learning opportunity ... turning around is probably always more valuable than achieving the selected goal :) by @4xel_weber

Recap of the slackaction this summer:
Was amazing again spending couple weeks with the slackcrew!
The Word Championships at Laax was great again, competing and especially judging was fun, thanks to everyone who put up effort into making this event so special as it was!
Followed by the rigging cert, always learning new things and meeting old and new friends :)
Sustenpass was just insane...
Followed by a beautiful alpine project, full of making new friends, paragliders and the start of a short special road trip.
Leading to me finally attending BernCitySlack and the TransAlpsWateelineTour, which was on my todo list since many years and totally worth it and not my last time.
I again realized it doesn't really matter what, but mainly with whom I share these adventures... hope to meet all of you soon again!!! by @4xel_weber

Craziest slab adventure ever!
Last week, we where cruising all day granite slabs at the Grimselpass.
After we finished our objective, the Grimselmarathon (24 pitches) surprisingly early, we had the both stupid but also incredible idea to eat lunch, take a powernap and do it all over again, managing our best time of 2h 24min! by @4xel_weber

Summer highlights #1
While going to the EJC, I had a quick visit at the UrbanHiglineFestival. Was quite surprisingly scary! Also playing a lot of volleyclub, with so many amazing people was incredible! by @4xel_weber

A dream came true!!!
We went ski touring last month :)
What a amazing spontaneous mission, I just arrived with nothing (not even my phone) at the climbing gym and a couple hours later being in the snow :)
Grazie @thomaslattuada for the equipment and @ago_sulfilo e @elisa_marcoli for taking me with you!!!!!! by @4xel_weber
