Arishfa Feeling bad for you 🥺 #arishfa #arishfabiggboss20 #arishfbb20
I guess I misunderstood the assignment 🤷🏽‍♀️ But I’ve never been one to do things like everyone else anyway. Almost 6 years ago, Rafiki came into my life, and since then, I’ve been building the life I choose. A little unconventional, I admit. But full of adventures, freedom, and whatever happens, I have absolutely no regrets.
Growing up, Scrubs was genuinely one of my favorite shows. I thought it was so clever and hilarious that I stopped watching other sitcoms altogether. I noticed immediately that Scrubs had no laugh track and was genuinely funny! 😂 Being part of the show in a guest star role is a lifetime personal achievement I’ll always be proud of… 17 year old me is geeking out! 🥰 Getting to work with Sarah Chalke, who was genuinely one of my idols growing up, was such a surreal full-circle moment. Zach Braff is brilliant, and I’m so grateful I got to experience his talent firsthand. Zach, you have inspired me since childhood. Performing my own stunt with you was an honor. 🫡 Neil Flynn was another person I looked up to when I was a teenager and young adult. He was so tall, so funny, and kept appearing in so many of the shows I watched. Seeing someone that tall absolutely own a scene with his humor made an impression on me. Getting to be part of the same show, Scrubs, that shaped so much of my sense of humor is pretty insane. 🤯 Ava Bunn was such a bubbly, energetic presence and wonderful to work with, and it was lovely meeting Darcy Michael, too! And working with Punkie Johnson was a highlight in itself. We bonded and actually watched our episode together for the first time this past Saturday. 😊 A special shout-out to the makeup, hair, and tailoring team, a whole crew full of Virgos who made me feel so grounded, comfortable, and welcome. This was the first time I went to wardrobe and the options FIT. Vancouver just gets me. 🥰 Huge thanks to Bill Lawrence, Randall Winston, Aseem Batra, Tim Hobert, and the entire writing team for creating such a special world and allowing me to cause mayhem in it! The cast, the crew, the FOOD, the vibes. THE CHILLEST SET EVER. I had so much fun working and bonding with everyone, and I’m grateful for every second of it. 😆♥️ Posting these memories feels bittersweet after my recent back injury. Looking back at how capable and active I was on set reminds me of what I’m working toward. 💪❤️‍🩹 Sacred Heart Hospital, you have a special place in my heart. 💚🩺 Here’s hoping this isn’t goodbye, but see you again, soon. 🥹🥳✨😆
We are halfway through Venus retrograde and the past is calling. You can let it ring. 🌙
This new plugin from @mdl.tone is very cool! 🔥 A while back I recorded some riff demos for @joshsylosis to show off just how good his drum libraries sounded, and this is one of them! I think this new plugin is a huge step up from the previous one, and it’s really cool to see how far things have come since then. I’ve even got my own preset in it!! 🤘🥁 Awesome work, Josh!
A little house full of heritage 🏡🍂✨ I’m so excited to share this miniature paper dollhouse I created in collaboration with @farrowandball to celebrate their 80th anniversary! Inspired by their beautiful collection of paints and their new Heritage Papers, I brought each tiny room to life using their rich paint colours, intricate wallpaper patterns, and lots of little handmade details. I’ve always had such an appreciation for Farrow & Ball’s dedication to craftsmanship and the history behind their beautiful designs. Their love of traditional techniques feels so closely connected to my own passion for creating things by hand, which made this collaboration feel especially meaningful. From the patterned walls to the tiniest furnishings, every little detail was carefully painted, cut, and assembled by hand. 🤎 #FarrowandBall #PaperArt
