Do we have to wash out rosemary water? I know we have to wash out rosemary oil but I only wash my hair once a week so can we since the rosemary oil out instead of washing it out?

You steam it for 2 - 4 hours or you just leave the cover on after steaming?

I oil my hair often, I conditioned it with hair mask and conditioner, and I use Revlon one as leave in and oil the ends..... somehow my hair, although smooth, still looks like a bird took a nest there, super frizzy ...any advice? π π«£ Thank you π₯°
