🚨 Stop BLAMING Cholesterol! For decades, we’ve been told that cholesterol is the ultimate villain in heart disease. But thinking cholesterol clogs arteries on its own is like blaming the firemen for the fire just because they are at the scene. 🫀In reality, cholesterol is dispatched by your body to repair tissue. When your arterial walls suffer micro-injuries, cholesterol acts like emergency cement to patch the cracks. The real culprits causing those cracks and damaging your arteries are inflammation, oxidized fats, and glycation. Here is what is actually driving cardiovascular damage: 💥 1. Inflammation: Chronic inflammation damages the delicate endothelial lining of your blood vessels. 🥑 2. Oxidized Fats: Normal cholesterol isn't the issue, but oxidized LDL particles are highly toxic. 🍩 3. Glycation: This happens when excess sugar bonds to proteins and fats in your blood, creating Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs). Glycation literally "caramelizes" your tissue, making your arteries stiff, brittle, and highly prone to tearing. If you want to protect your heart, stop stressing over standard lipid numbers and start focusing on metabolic flexibility, lowering insulin resistance, and reducing systemic inflammation. 👉Today's Podcast Episode: If you’ve been told your cholesterol is normal and assumed your heart is safe, this episode will change how you think about cardiovascular health. I will explain why most heart attacks happen in people with normal to low cholesterol, and why inflammation, not cholesterol, is what silently damages your arteries from the inside out. I will then walk through the arterial repair meal, a simple plate built to restore endothelial function and support your arteries fast. 👇To listen to this podcast episode, comment "Podcast" and I will share the link or you can find the latest episode of the Dr Jockers Functional Nutrition podcast on Apple iTunes, Spotify, YouTube or wherever you listen to podcasts. #Cholesterol #HeartHealth #Cardiovascular #HeartDisease #Inflammation #Insulin #MetabolicHealth #FunctionalNutrition #BloodSugar #DrJockers

Трамп уволил свою новую пресс-секретарку Кети Закария. И это очень плохая новость для него в преддверие выборов в конгресс, назначенных на 3 ноября. #трамп
