The end of an era? Or maybe the start of a new one? I moved to LA 3 years ago but next to my cottage, this happening room was the only other place I could truly call home. Steve has put the house on the market so its days are numbered. The best memories. The best pals. The best music.

This is not the end and there will be another Tugboat place (maybe even two with Tugboat South), but lots of feels today regardless. If anyone is in the market for an amazing purpose-built, sound proof studio with all kinds of mojo, hit me up. Steve will throw in a pretty rad house too.
