Feels so good to paint again after a long break! I felt newly inspired to jump back to these shoes after getting my hands on the new illustrated edition #thehungergames @nicodelort 🔥
This is shaping up to be my favorite hunger games art project yet-- and my first oil painting for the mockingjay. I still need to narrow down who else is being featured on the sides. I cannot make up my mind! Rue, prim, and buttercup are already in the plans. Who do you think is most deserving of a place?? (Sorry, gale is not an option. Write-ins will be disqualified 😆)
